One of the defining visions of Disney Children’s Hospital at Florida Hospital is to create a nationally and internationally recognized center for pediatric surgical advancement focused on innovative technology and quality outcomes. To this end, Disney Children’s Hospital at Florida Hospital has joined with the Nicholson Center for Surgical advancement to established the Center for Advanced Pediatric Surgery. This Center is built on the platform of providing our patients with the latest in Minimally Invasive Surgical techniques and the latest training and education for our physicians. The Center for Advanced Pediatric Surgery currently focuses on four main areas of surgery including General Pediatric Surgery, Neurosurgery, Urology, and ENT and will expand into additional specialties in the near future.
